Solvara Labs

Service

Custom software, built like a product.

Enterprise web apps, internal tools, and SaaS MVPs — scoped as fixed packages, shipped on production-grade infrastructure, and tuned to the way your team actually works.

Problems we solve

If any of this sounds familiar, we should talk.

  • You have outgrown spreadsheets and duct-taped SaaS
  • Your current vendor will not ship the feature you actually need
  • Your operations data lives in five systems that do not talk to each other
  • You want to validate a new product without burning six figures first

Outcomes

What you get on the other side.

  • A single source of truth your team relies on every day
  • Workflows that reflect your org chart — not a template
  • Measurable cost reduction and throughput gains
  • A codebase you own and can extend without lock-in

What's included

What an engagement actually looks like

No mystery. Here is the shape of a typical engagement, and the work we do in each phase.

Step 01

Discovery and architecture

We embed with your operators and leadership to map current-state workflows, pain points, and KPIs before any code is written.

Step 02

Product design and UX

Interfaces designed for the people using them every day — clear hierarchy, fast interactions, accessible by default.

Step 03

Full-stack build

Modern, typesafe web and mobile stacks. Secure auth, solid data modeling, integrations with the tools you already pay for.

Step 04

Launch, measure, iterate

Production deploy with monitoring, backups, and a post-launch plan to learn from real usage and improve what matters.

Why us

We have shipped Opsvara — a full-featured field operations platform — across landscaping, pool service, and pond/lake treatment companies.

Packages

How we package this work

FAQ

Common questions

What people ask before getting in touch.

Do you work on hourly retainers or fixed scope?

Every engagement is scoped as a fixed package with a clear outcome and timeline. Ongoing iteration after launch is billed as a predictable monthly engagement.

What stack do you use?

We default to TypeScript, Next.js, and modern Postgres-backed stacks because they give us the fastest path from idea to production without compromising long-term maintenance. When a project is better served by a different stack, we say so.

Do we own the code?

Yes. Every client owns the source, infrastructure, and documentation. No lock-in, no per-seat licensing games.

What happens after launch?

Ongoing iteration is available as a predictable monthly engagement, or you can take the codebase in-house. Documentation and onboarding are included either way.
